Eligibility for refunds
Goods and services once purchased will not be eligible for refund 2 days after safe delivery (D+2).

Eligibility for full refund
Physical or digital products and services sold will be eligible for full refund if purchased goods/product/service is not delivered.

Eligibility for partial refund
A partial refund upto 70% will be applicable in case the delivered product/service is damaged and a replacement product/service of same/similar value is not safely provided.

Eligibility for cancellation
Cancellation of orders is processed on a case to case basis. Cancellation of order is applicable within 30 minutes of successfully placing the order.
